What the board actually does
Every card you drop on the board gets its own git branch, its own worktree and its own agent session. The card shows you what the agent is doing, so the board is the only place you have to look.
Agents are never metered and never seat-capped, so a board full of them costs exactly what one costs. No two share the same copy of the code either, so one can never overwrite another's work.
Choose what a ticket should do before it starts: plan it first, generate a mock, screenshot the result, write the tests. What you would otherwise spell out in a prompt every single time is a row of checkboxes.
Put related tickets under one goal and press run. Fredrin works through them in the right order, one at a time, until the goal is done, and the finished work stacks up in your review column.
Type what you want in the chat box and it lands on the board as a real ticket, written up and ready for an agent. No second tool, and no filling in a form to say the thing you just said.
Pair a machine and send tickets to it. Start a run from your desktop, watch it from a browser or your phone, and the work keeps moving with your laptop shut.
Screen recordings of the Fredrin desktop app: the kanban board with agents running on its tickets, two sessions side by side, the workflow steps inside one ticket, a goal and its dependencies, a ticket created from chat, and the same board on a phone.
Bring your own plan
Bring the plan you already pay for
Fredrin drives the coding CLI you are already signed into, on the subscription you already hold. It is flat, so a board full of agents costs exactly what a single one costs, with no per-token markup.
