Quality of life enhancement: To be able to edit the role of a team member in your workspace and or per project basis. Currently Ryan is only a member in our workspace. But I would like him to be an Admin where he can add repos to the workspace as well.

Hi Tanner — this one is shipped. You can now change an existing teammate between Member and Admin from Settings → Members, so you can bump Ryan up without re-inviting him. Per-project permissions stay separate from the workspace role, and Admins can now also add repository-backed projects from the workspace sidebar. Please give it a try!
